charming stay, great value
great locationeasy walkswimming pools
the hotel is in a great location. it is near shops, bars, and restaurants. a walk to the beach is easy. i liked the walkway and the absence of cars in that area. the two swimming pools provided options for both relaxation and activity.
The restaurant felt a little like a canteen. It lacked an appealing atmosphere.

the apartment was spacious. it included a fridge, convenient. housekeeping cleaned the rooms five days a week. i found the room excellent and comfortable (a welcome surprise!).

the bar service was quick and efficient. the team kept the rooms well-kept and clean. staff members were always friendly and helpful, answering all our questions.

meals offered plenty of choices and were very good. they provided a buffet three times a day. cocktails were part of the all-inclusive offer. i found the food to be amazing (especially the fresh fish!).

the apartment was clean and spacious. grounds were also very well kept. first floor rooms all have good sun exposure and a decent size balcony.
our bedding was only changed once during our 7 night stay , we asked for them to be changed on day 4 but they did not get done until night 6. towels were changed once on day 2 , we had to find the cleaners at another room to request fresh towels each time.

the location was convenient. the staff showed a great attitude during the entire stay. i were in a building close to the main facilities. it was a short walk to the restaurant and pools.
i thought the soundproofing was poor. i could often hear noise from other rooms. it was disruptive, especially during the night.

i had such a blast! my kid adored the mini disco every night. the animation staff, especially javi, were super friendly and kept everyone laughing. the food was pretty good too with different options each day and awesome snacks at the pool bar!
